FIC implements a Code of conduct for all staff and students. Student may access the Complaints and appeals policy and procedure if they feel FIC is not fulfilling its responsibilities as indicated in the Code of conduct, this Written agreement or our policies and procedures. Students who breach the Code of conduct and do not fulfil their responsibilities as indicated in this Written Agreement may have their enrolment suspended or cancelled. This may lead to their student visa being cancelled. A full version of the FIC Code of conduct is available in the Student handbook.
